Who we are

What we collect

• Account data: email, display name, password hash, optional payment note
• Event collaboration data: events, memberships, tasks, checklists, expenses, invites
• Device tokens for push notifications when you enable them
• Billing records when you subscribe (processed by Stripe)
• Technical logs: request IDs, IP-based rate limiting, error diagnostics

How we use data

We use personal data to provide collaborative event planning, invitations, expense balances, account security, customer support, and (with consent where required) product analytics that do not include expense descriptions or invite tokens.

Sharing

We share data with processors needed to run the service (hosting, email delivery, Stripe payments, optional crash reporting). We do not sell personal data.

Retention and deletion

You can export your data and delete your account in Account settings. Deletion soft-deletes your profile, revokes sessions and linked social identities, and removes you from active event memberships. Operational backups may retain encrypted copies for a limited period.

Your rights

Depending on your location (including the EU/EEA), you may request access, correction, deletion, export, or restriction. Contact [email protected].
