Agreement
By creating an account or using Planneryo you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
The service
Planneryo helps people plan events together: invitations, tasks, checklists, shared expenses, and related coordination features. Free and paid plan limits are described in product billing screens and may change with notice.
Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You may delete your account at any time from Account settings.
Acceptable use
Do not abuse invitations, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with other users' events, or use Planneryo for unlawful content. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
Subscriptions
Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Cancellations and refunds follow the Stripe customer portal and applicable consumer law. Entitlements update after successful webhook processing.

The service is provided as available. Settlement suggestions are calculations based on recorded expenses and do not constitute financial, legal, or tax advice.
