Account and sign-in

• Reset your password from the app or web sign-in screen (Forgot password), or email support if you cannot access the account email.
• Delete your account in-app under Account, or on the web at app.planneryo.com/account.

Billing and plans

Organizer paid plans unlock higher event and member limits. Guests invited to an event join free. Manage or cancel a web subscription from Account → Plan & billing. For App Store purchases (when available), manage renewals in your Apple ID subscriptions.

Invites and events

• Open invite links on the device where you are signed in to Planneryo.
• If an invite fails, ask the organizer to resend the link, or contact support with the invite URL (do not share passwords).
